It's been a rainy Saturday here in Houston. A chance for some quiet, a few cups of tea, and to finally catch up on the edit of this wonderful popup dinner by Chef Domenica Catelli hosted here in Houston by Paper Co. several months ago. I had forgotten how hungry editing these dinners makes me :-). Enjoy!

Dinner was amazing and the amount of work that goes into these popups still boggles my mind! Huge thanks to Chef Catelli & the Paper Co. crew for once more having me along to document this.
Quick update - Paper Co. is now open for brunch on Monday through Saturday morning/early afternoon, and for dinner on Saturday & Sunday evenings!
